After consulting with the local authority many times about the rapidly changing situation of the COVID-19, the organizer finally decides to hold the IEEE SCEMS 2021 conference as a virtual one. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Online oral/poster presentation guidelines are available on the conference website now: http://scems2021.com/presentation. Please prepare your oral/poster presentation file following the guidelines, and try your best to meet this deadline: November 25th, 2021.

The conference venue is Deefly Hotel, Nanxun, Huzhou. The conference organizer has booked rooms for attendees (RMB 340 / night / room). All attendees can directly check in on December 1st, 2021 and pay the accommodation fee. Due to the rapidly changing situation of COVID-19, the conference may have to be transferred to partly or even fully on-line mode. The conference organizer keeps consulting with the local authority, and will make announcement accordingly.
